About the Role:

As a key member of our service team the Paraplanner will provide critical support to the lead advisor by preparing financial plans conducting investment research and supporting daytoday client service needs. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing highquality client care without the pressure to move into an advisory role in the near future.

Were seeking someone who is:

• Licensed (Series 7 and/or 66 preferred)
• Experienced in financial planning or client service within a wealth management or advisory practice
• Happy and fulfilled in a paraplanner role longterm
• Professional approachable and enjoys building relationships
• Meticulous with details and skilled at followthrough
• An excellent communicator both verbal and written
• A strong cultural fit with our collaborative supportive and clientfirst team (aka our Kite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update financial plans and investment proposals
• Assist with client meeting prep and followup actions
• Process investment trades and account service requests
• Research investment options and product solutions
• Maintain client records and documentation in CRM systems
• Support overall office operations and advisor workflow
