Key Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly financial reporting and ensure adherence to timelines.
Manage cash and treasury functions ensuring optimal fund availability.
Prepare documentation for Board and Investment Committee meetings.
Lead and mentor a team fostering personal growth and high performance.
Monitor financial controls and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) qualification is essential.
57 years of postqualification experience in financial management.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing finance teams.
Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g. SAP Excel).
Strong understanding of IFRS and tax compliance.
