Job Description
- To keep track of process of various projects & bringing key slippages/ resource needs/ project issues to the attention of CMD
- Supports CMDs office in all tasks
- Responsible for overall business and resource management
- To coordinate with various projects/functions needs and help resolve conflicts
- Working with peers for successful of plan/strategy and identify process gaps
- Prepare a dashboard of various Projects Progress & present to CMD periodically
- The continuous identification and implementation of best practice through interaction with the team
- Motivate and effectively manage performance of teams to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan.
- Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place.
Requirements
- Minimum5yearsofrelevantexperiencepreferred fromsimilarindustry
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills & Interpersonal relationships
- Experienceininteraction withseniormanagement
- Managedmid/largescaleoperations
- HandsonexperienceonMSOffice & Project Management Tools
- Rank holder from IIT/NIT/IIM preferred
- Candidates having QMS knowledge would be preferred.
