Senior Program Manager
Location: Remote based out of Southern California
Ready to make a difference Were in search of a Senior Program Manager to manage and support ICFs public sector work focused on Regional Energy Networks Community Choice Aggregators energy efficiency implementation and a variety of Residential Sectorfocused programs . In this role you will leverage your leadership communication program management experience and relationship building skills to lead a matrixed team of program managers engineers communication professionals and marketing and IT developers to design launch and deliver customercentric energy programs across the state.

What you will be doing:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans timelines budgets resourceallocation and risk assessments.
- Manage crossfunctional teams including community outreach partners communityenergy partners regional area coordinators technicians contractors and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders includingclients regulatory agencies and community groups.
- Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with technical specifications industrystandards and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report program status to ICF management and to the client.
- Continue to enhance and expand ICFs energy practice throughout California.
- Prioritize program activities as necessary to meet performance goals.
- Demonstrate quality work passion for what we do and high ethical standards.
- Be a strong communicator and build a culture of no surprises.
- Promote an inclusive culture of transparency accountability and collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (concentration in Environmental Science Energy Resources PolicyEngineering a plus or related field).
- 8 years of program management experience in an energy or energy related field(experience developing designing and managing successful energy efficiencyprograms a plus).
What we would like you to have:
- Experience with residential energy efficiency direct installation programs in California
- Experience with residential enduser characteristics and markets
- Familiarity and experience with energy efficiency measures
- Experience leading and managing cross functional teams of professionals.
- Experience working with residential stakeholders such as builders architects ratersmechanical plumbing and electrical contractors.
- Familiarity with California legislative/regulatory energy policy for the residential sector
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and governing codes and standards
Professional Skills:
- Excellent verbal interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Proven ability to develop manage and meet client expectations.
- Excellent time management skills that allow for success in a resultsfocusedenvironment
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independentdecisions and serve as a credible resource for senior management team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel Project)
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
