Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Digital Manager in North Haven CT. This is a Contracttohire opportunity that offers outstanding benefits.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to define and implement a digital and analytics strategy aligned with business goals and member needs.
- Oversee mobile platform projects integrations and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance and usercentered design.
- Lead the development of reporting dashboards analytics tools and internal applications that support datadriven decision making.
- Establish agile processes and performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to continuously improve digital channels and member engagement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital platforms advising on technology enhancements and business intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications
- 58 years of relevant experience in digital strategy mobile platforms and data analytics.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Digital Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with banking mobile platforms is mandatory
- Experience with a banking core is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive crossfunctional initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute transformation roadmaps.
