Were looking for a motivated and upbeat Customer Service Representative to join our team!

This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is customerfocused a strong problem solver and a team player with the ability to adapt and think critically. As a Sales Customer Service Representative you are the first impression of our companybringing high empathy genuine care and a customerfirst mindset to every interaction. Basic Requirements:

  • Three years minimum of demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Working knowledge ofstandard office software and webbased applications
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work a MondayFriday schedule ;including some Saturdays and Overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities:

  • Answer high inbound and outbound call volume 60 calls a day
  • Take detailed notes from each inbound call describing the homeowners project/issue
  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document customer interactions in CRM software ensuring records are uptodate.
  • Accurately input all customers information including name/address/phone/email into database
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
  • Provide sales support for schedule changes and cancellations

Pay: The position is a Full Time position and is paid at a competitive hourly rate with the opportunity for overtime
