Senior Embroidery Specialist
Location:Golfballs Apparel Decoration Department
Golfballs is growing and were looking for a SeniorEmbroidery Specialist to take our Apparel Decoration Department to the nextlevel! If youre an experienced embroidery professional with an eye for detaila passion for quality and a drive to improve processes this is theopportunity for you.
What Youll Do:
Lead embroidery operations to ensure topqualityresults
Train andmentor team members on embroidery techniques and best practices
Operateand optimize single & multihead embroidery machines
Overseeembroidery preparation including cutting backing hooping garments andprecise logo placement
Ensurequality control by reviewing stitchouts and proofs before production
Manageproduction batches and troubleshoot issues as needed
Performroutine machine maintenance and adjustments to ensure smooth operation
Collaborate with internal teams to improveworkflow efficiency
Track andmanage inventory of embroidery supplies
What Were Looking For:
5 years of embroidery experience includingmultihead machines
Strong background in product decoration and bestpractices
Experience with machine maintenance &troubleshooting
Ability to train and mentor junior team members
Detailoriented with a commitment to quality andefficiency
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Barudan & Ricoma embroiderymachines and software
Supervisory or management experience
A degreein a related field
Processimprovement expertise
