What Youll Be Doing:
Keep the payment waves rolling with technical support & system stability
Troubleshoot & analyze issues like a pro surfer reading the ocean
Deploy implement and monitor software updates no rogue waves allowed!
Provide 2nd/3rd line support to keep operations smooth
Manage SQL/PostgreSQL maintenance like a seasoned lifeguard
Communicate with stakeholders & ensure service levels are totally tubular
What You Need to Ride This Wave:
Matric IT Degree/Diploma (or gnarly work experience)
Minimum 23 years experience in payments & transactional processes
SQL/PostgreSQL skills bonus if youve got Linux & cloud chops
Experience with switching solutions & financial transaction processing
Strong problemsolving & analytical abilities no panic paddlers here
Killer communication skills keep the team stoked & in the loop

A confident individual with a friendly personality drive energy and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely efficient and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures. An individual that possesses great problemsolving skills & an ability to work with little to no supervision
