Job Description
We KGiS hiring for a Senior Process Associate for the International Voice Process.
Job Location: Coimbatore
Immediate Joiners are preferred.
* Shift: US Shift
* Location: Coimbatore (Work from office)
* Experience: 6 months to 2 years
* Qualification: UG/PG (will be qualified only if the candidates have proper communication understanding and listening skills. You should portray yourself with a good accent.
* Employment: Permanent
* Vaccination: Candidates should provide their vaccination certificate (both doses)
* Rotational week off
Skills & Eligible:
Understanding Business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them.
Excellent communication in English is mandatory
Should answer inbound calls and explain customer queries
Should get familiar with the companys tools
Guiding the success of the product to US customers
