JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for inspecting testing and repairing thermal products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Document and communicate repair notes to endusers and dealers.
- Perform equipment maintenance and keep equipment logs up to date.
- Maintain an archive of past repair notes for future reference.
- Engage cross functionally to conduct quality control analysis.
- Relabel and repackage products as needed.
- Keep track of spare parts inventory.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the departments effective operation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Monitor operations observe gauges and dials to ensure that test equipment is functioning correctly.
- Operation and control ability to manage repair process procedures and equipment effectively.
- Time management ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Near vision capable ability to see details at close range.
- Armhand steadiness capable ability to keep hands and arms steady during repair work.
- Finger dexterity capable ability to make precise coordinated movements with fingers.
- Speed of closure ability to quickly analyze combine and organize information into meaningful patterns.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Associates degree preferred or an applicable combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry or related experience required.
- Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Must have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Interest/experience in the hunting industry is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee will be required to bend twist reach push pull and operate office machinery. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice.
The majority of work will be performed in a climatecontrolled environment but the employee may be exposed to outdoor conditions such as inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature.
Schedules will vary depending on business needs.
