Now hiring a Wellness Program Coordinator!


Presbyterian is seeking a Wellness Program Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wellness programming and services for assigned clients.

Ideal Candidate:

Three 3 years experience in any of the following areas: health/wellness health care human resources/benefits and or relevant industry experience.

Experience in project management or coordination and standards and measurements to create benchmarks for projects.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
    Experience in crossfunctional department initiatives.
  • Requires statewide travel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct initial meetings with targeted large and small employer groups to assess groups readiness to address healthcare cost drivers within their population and ability to provide adequate resources within their population to help drive program communication/services.
  • Coordinate health fairs and onsite screenings. Screenings may be based on individual group needs and clinical findings relevant to group.
  • Manage individual group project work plans typically an initial 3to5year work plan for each group regardless of size to help group succeed with mutually agreed upon program goals and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and develop solutions for any issues that may impact the progress or attainment of the individual groups objectives and goals.
  • Support preparation proofing scheduling and delivery of reporting packages as required and agreed upon by clients.
  • Work with large and small employer groups to target track and document various initiatives to create reference documents and benchmarks on accomplishments and goals met within specific targets of the individual group work plan.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including flow charts templates presentations correspondences and memos as needed
  • Work in a team environment within the PHS system and specifically the Health and Wellness Department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
