Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented pie maker to join our team. Our operations are fast paced high quality and customer service focused so if you feel you have the experience and skills were looking for then we want to hear from you!
Our Fried Pie Maker prepares food that meets current federal state and local standards guidelines and regulations by following established policies and procedures. He or she ensures that safe and high quality food service is provided at all times. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a highvolume kitchen and a current Safe Food Handler certificate. Candidates must have an outgoing and teamoriented personality and must be able to provide excellent customer service even during times of stress work a flexible schedule (including nights weekends and holidays) and stand for long periods of time.
COMPENSATION
- Starting $12/Hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares food items to order following established recipes and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
- Restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required
- Attends required team meetings
- Helps educate/train new staff members
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic culinary coursework or equivalent experience highly preferred
- At least one year of professional experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hard working and selfmotivated
- Neat and clean appearance
- Able to bend kneel squat stand and lift heavy objects as needed
- Able to work a flexible schedule which may include working days evenings weekends and holidays
