Job Description:
- Recruitment Process Manage endtoend recruitment from job postings to interviews and hiring decisions.
- Collaboration with Management Work with leadership to define job roles and candidate profiles.
- Talent Sourcing Use job boards social media networking and agencies to attract candidates.
- Screening & Compliance Conduct background checks reference verifications and ensure policy compliance.
- Interview Coordination Schedule and facilitate interviews assessments and hiring discussions.
- Onboarding & Employee Relations Handle job offers negotiations onboarding and employee conflict resolution.
- HR Records & Compliance Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS and ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Performance Management Implement performance reviews coaching and training programs.
- HR Projects & Initiatives Support employee engagement policy development and training programs.
- Qualifications Bachelors degree HR experience recruitment expertise software proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
Location: Initially Santacruz later company shifting to Chembur
Working days Mon to Sat alternate Sats off
Working time general 9 hours
