Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Office & Facility Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a highend office space. This role requires efficiency discretion and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and professional environment for employees and guests.



Key Responsibilities:

Daily Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean and sanitize washrooms on multiple floors including toilets sinks counters mirrors and door handles.

  • Stock restroom supplies (toilet paper hand soap paper towels). Maintain kitchens and break areas by wiping down surfaces organizing refrigerators and removing expired food.

  • Clean office desks common areas and hightouch surfaces (sanitize phones keyboards tables and access keypads).

  • Collect and dispose of garbage compost and recycling throughout the day.

  • Vacuum and mop floors including gym areas and under desks. Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are kept tidy and professional.

  • Sanitize elevator buttons and hightraffic areas regularly.

  • Clean and maintain coffee machines microwaves and kitchen appliances.

  • Perform final walkarounds to collect dirty dishes wipe surfaces and reset common areas after lunch.

Stocking & Organization

  • Replenish office supplies pantry items and beverages across all floors.

  • Organize storage areas kitchen cabinets and office supply cupboards as needed.

  • Assist with weekly grocery deliveries (wash and store fruits stock snack areas).

Less Frequent Tasks

  • Weekly: Deep clean refrigerators organize kitchen drawers and maintain outdoor terrace.

  • BiWeekly: Provide supply order lists.

  • Monthly: Clean interior windows and deep sanitize waste bins.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in professional cleaning or facility maintenance.

  • Deep cleaning experience in highend office or luxury environments.

  • Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting bending standing for extended periods).

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Reliable punctual and able to work independently. Must pass a background check.

  • English and Spanish speaking.
