Were looking for two Building Surveyors to join us!

Youll be responsible for undertaking and managing a wide range of surveying activities to support the One Manchester Homes Directorate.

Were looking for those who can ensure that surveys defects and follow up works are managed appropriately across a range of services which include repairs empty homes planned maintenance fire damageStock condition surveys adaptations and alterations.

What we require

• Appropriate academic qualification/professional qualification to HNC level or above &/or relevant experience in building surveying with the drive & passion to obtain relevant qualifications.

• Extensive experience of operating within a surveying team.

• Up to date knowledge of appropriate legislation.

• Able to assess risk associated with asset decisions

• Excellent verbal and written ability strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Management of stakeholders (customers consultants etc.

• Highly numerate and IT literate and able to promote this ethos throughout the team.
