Job Description
Gadgetboss is looking for an individual who will be responsible for online sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming sales calls.
- Processing all online leads through the digital onboarding process ensuring accurate information.
- Following up on social media leads daily processing them through digital onboarding.
- Strictly adhering to all online emails calls and other internal processes & procedures.
- Assisting with marketing where required.
- Maintaining data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Communicating important feedback from customers internally to Management.
- Ensuring personal sales targets are met and reporting any deviations.
Staying uptodate with new products and features
REQUIREMENTS:Excellent communication skills verbal & written. Customer service skills.
- Problemsolving skills.
- Time management skills.
- General telephone etiquette.
- Product knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
