The Opportunity
Brindabella Resources is seeking professional experienced and reliable Relief & Shutdown Bus Drivers to join our growing transport team in the Pilbara WA. This casual FIFO role operates from Perth where you will be responsible for providing safe timely and professional passenger transport services on mining sites between camp villages and operations.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service. To succeed in this role you will meet the following criteria:
Minimum 2 years experience as a bus driver with a clean driving record (no major violations or accidents).
Previous experience on a mining site is preferred.
HR drivers license required.
Western Australia Passenger Transport Drivers Authorisation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for delivering quality service.
Ability to pass a full preemployment medical.
Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive adaptable attitude and strong work ethic.
Full working rights in Australia.

Your Responsibilities
Safely operate a bus and transport passengers to their destinations.
Follow all traffic laws company policies and safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and wellmaintained bus.
Conduct regular inspections and report any defects or issues.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with passengers team members and supervisors.
Actively participate in safety activities and ensure safety standards are upheld.
