Job Description

We take pride in our hard working technicians and the work/effort they put into Forest Lane CDJR everyday which is why we are offering technicians a $10000 sign on bonus to show our appreciation for those who have a passion for working on cars and helping customers ensure their vehicle is in the best condition possible!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Responsible for maintaining all manufacturer selfstudies
Able to perform comprehensive repairs to vehicles
Minimum of 2 years experience preferred
Required to hold a valid State Inspectors license
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
Flexible and willing to work with anyones schedule!
Shop Hours:
Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7am6pm Monday through Friday may be in a schedule or open or closer.
Alternating Saturdays 7am3pm.
Master Techs are able to pick their own schedules and hours.
Compensation is based on experience.
Express starting at $18.50 flat rate
Express Plus starting at $20.00 flat rate
Main Shop starting at $22.50 flat rate
Master Techs starting at $37.00 flat rate
Relocation assistance
10K signing bonus for a Main Shop or Master Tech Positions
*Not eligible for transfers or rehires. Paid over the first year of employment. Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.
