About the Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst Lifestyle PMO you are responsible for driving the daytoday of transformation efforts to help the crossfunctional team achieve benchmark performance. You will apply Harmans proven methodologydriven approach to largescale transformation/ performance improvement focusing on and capability building. You will enable critical decisions and drive transformation results through data analytics and insights. You will coach your workstream members to develop and execute effective improvement plans and rolemodeling a mindset of executional excellence. In this role you will report to the Senior Manager of Finance for the Lifestyle Performance Management Office.

What You Will Do

  • Drive daytoday of transformation teams right from ideation through implementation value capture and lessons learned.
  • Hold the team accountable for the rigor and results by conducting performance reviews focusing on action/measure tracking and gap closing.
  • Monitor and report project progress; bring data insights to drive effective decisionmaking and course correction.
  • Coach teams on improvement approaches and systems.
  • Infuse a sense of urgency and establish where to focus (Initiatives deep dives)
  • Assist in the SAP S/4 Hana system implementation. Requiring collaboration amongst global process owners and subject matter experts to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Support and conduct system and integration testing for SAP S/4 Hana along with other system implementations.
  • Ensures connectivity across the different crossfunctional transformation teams to leverage best practices and knowledge sharing.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelors Degree ideally in Economics Finance Accounting Business Management or related business management discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Strategic Finance Business Project management or other related areas.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problemsolving.
  • A sense of urgency and an urge to create an impact and make a difference.
  • Impactful communication skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills: ability to work on projects crossfunctionally.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • MBA CPA or CMA a plus.
  • Experience with S4 HANA.
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and process development.
  • PMP certification Lean Six Sigma or any Improvement methodology is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint Excel Visio and related process management tools.

  • Willing to travel up to 10 domestic and international.
  • Willingness to work in an office located in Northridge CA. Hybrid available.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Salary Ranges:

$ 82500 $ 121000
