Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of ADMS solutions utilizing the Software Suite.
- Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.
- Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects participating in decisions on architecture design and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget time and customer expectations.
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments.
- Provide standard recommendations on workflow application interface reports testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process.
- Responsible for golive readiness and support as well as postlive checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource.
- Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area.
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has indepth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management manufacturing technology or engineering.
- Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

- Plays a key role in training/mentoring integrators interns and other staff. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Ownship driving delivery standardization of legacy and future architecture.
- May be required to work extended hours carry cell phone and be on call.
- Required to be able to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree from an accredited university or Bacholers of Science with 11 years of experience in software deisgn software integration related to DMS/OMS/EMS.
- Must be willing to travel 25 30
- This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be based within commuting distance of GEV hubs
Experiece (Essential Functions)
- Working knowledge of RKE2 and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins github ArgoCD and Helm.
- Deep technical knowledge of power delivery systems monitoring and control.
- Proven record of deploying SCADA systems.
- Strong software systems development and integration skills.
- Experience with highly complex hardware and software configurations in a realtime environment.
- Good understanding of programming and database skills.
- Demonstrated ability to trouble and problem solve.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
- Ability to work independently and be selfmotivated.
- Ability to work effectively with other management and groups. Fosters a team environment.

Additional Information
The salary range for this position is $122000USD $153000USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location. In addition this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
