Location:658 Dundas Street West Belleville ON

Availability:Open Monday to Saturday

Compensation:$2500 Month Salary 8 of Gross Per Deal (Includes F&I) Additional Volume Bonus Spiff Programs

Top Performers will earn $10000.00/Month

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Belleville Chrysler you will play a critical role in connecting customers with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This position is ideal for individuals who are experienced and passionate about automobiles enjoy building relationships with customers and thrive in a dynamic sales environment. We are looking for long term employees who enjoy consistent training and growth within their role.

Youll love your position as anAutomotive Sales Consultant:

  • Customer Engagement:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their vehicle preferences and guide them through the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles in our inventory including features specifications and available options to effectively present them to customers.
  • Sales Process:Conduct test drives explain financing options and negotiate sales terms to ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer FollowUp:Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to address inquiries provide postsale support and encourage repeat business.
  • Market Knowledge:Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions to provide customers with accurate and uptodate information.
  • Documentation:Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Compliance:Adhere to all relevant laws regulations and company policies related to automotive sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Wed love to hear from you if you possess:

  • Previous experience in sales is preferred
  • OMVIC certification If candidate does not possess OMVIC certification it can be obtained prior to or after start date
  • Out of the box or unconventional ideas and a ambitious mentality
  • Technically savvy and prior DMS experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid G drivers license and a clean abstract.
