Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI and Cyber Security. The successful candidate will discover and develop proofofconcept solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders. This role emphasizes identifying opportunities where AI can enhance security operations building prototypes and contributing to the integration of AIdriven solutions into our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI/ML proofofconcept and production solutions particularly focusing on Generative AI applications for cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify AIdriven opportunities that can enhance security operations.
- Prototype and deploy Generative AI models and applications within the AWS environment.
- Support the operationalization of AI models into existing business processes ensuring seamless integration.
- Operate effectively within a complex IT and business environment working collaboratively across multiple teams and various stakeholders.
- Navigate ambiguity and take ownership of initiatives driving projects from concept through to successful .
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient programming skills in Python with a solid understanding of established and emerging frameworks used in Data Science and AI.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries tailored for Generative AI applications.
- Proficient in AWS cloud platforms particularly AWS Bedrock ECR and related services for AI and application deployment.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with web application development using common Pythonbased frameworks along with some knowledge of frontend development.
Experience & Background:
- Minimum of 5 years in data science AI engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into effective AI solutions.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and their intersection with AI technologies.
- Track record of developing proofs of concept and successfully implementing projects from inception to deployment.
- Selfstarter with an agile mindset capable of taking initiative and working independently as well as collaborating within dynamic teams in an evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Data Science Computer Science Cyber Security or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in cloud computing (AWS) or AI/ML frameworks would be an asset.
