Job Description & Summary:.We are seeking a highly skilled candidate who has IAM operations experience.
Responisibilities:
Job Description:
- Coordinate with L1 team for triaging the incidents
- Support L1 team with sharing updates on timely basis related to incident/CIAM operational tasks
- Conduct indepth investigations of escalated incidents
- Analyze system logs performance metrics and other relevant data to identify root causes
- Write PowerShell scripts to automate manual processes
- Customize HTML JavaScript CSS and XML pages custom workflows policies and configurations deployed in IAM
- Test and validate workflows API response/payload network connectivity to target systems to troubleshoot the issue.
- Collaborate with L3 support on complex issues
- Identify and analyze recurring incidents to prevent future occurrences
- Implement preventive measures and conduct root cause analysis
Mandatory skill sets:
1. HTML JavaScript and PowerShell Script
2. L2/L3 Operations experience
3. Good to have Knowledge of Azure B2C or any CIAM solution

Good to have Knowledge of Azure B2C or any CIAM solution
