Job Description

EMEA Partner Manager Shopify Commerce

London hybrid

This position sits in our EMEA Experience & Engineering business unit and will be London based. Our team combines technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversionfocused ideas products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty are digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic EMEA Partner Manager to lead and expand our strategic partnership with Shopify. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships driving sales and increasing pipeline growth across the EMEA region. It is ideally suited to someone currently working within a singlecountry market who wishes to broaden their experience across Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strengthen the Shopify Partnership
  • Act as the primary liaison between our organisation and Shopify across EMEA.
  • Develop and maintain seniorlevel relationships with key Shopify stakeholders.
  • Align joint business objectives comarketing initiatives and collaborative sales strategies.
  1. Drive Sales and Pipeline Growth
  • Accountable for generating new business opportunities through the Shopify partnership.
  • Lead joint selling efforts actively engaging Shopifys commercial teams to secure new clients.
  • Drive growth in the sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets via the Shopify platform.
  • Ensure the partnership reaches and maintains toptier status through consistent performance.
  1. Leverage the Shopify Ecosystem
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of Shopifys ecosystem including partner programs and the app marketplace to drive business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on Shopifys product developments and market positioning to proactively identify growth opportunities.
  1. Execute GotoMarket Strategies
  • Define and implement joint sales and marketing plans to accelerate client acquisition.
  • Equip internal teams with the tools knowledge and insights required to leverage the Shopify partnership effectively.
  • Identify and deliver Shopifyaligned accelerators or innovations to enhance market positioning.

Success Metrics

  • Strong highvalue relationships with Shopify at both executive and commercial levels.
  • Significant increase in sales pipeline and revenue generated directly through the partnership.
  • Seamless integration of Shopify initiatives into sales marketing and delivery processes.
  • Measurable success from joint gotomarket demonstrating clear business impact.

  • Demonstrated success managing strategic partnerships and driving substantial revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert partnership relationships into tangible business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Indepth understanding of the Shopify ecosystem including partner programs and the app marketplace.
  • Proven experience in partner management business development or sales ideally within an agency or consultancy environment.
