We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Ecommerce Support Specialist to manage online sales operations ensure seamless order processing and provide toptier customer service. This role involves handling live chat inquiries email correspondence and order management across multiple platforms to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in ecommerce support customer service or order management.
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce Fincon or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
