Key Responsibilities
You will support the Project Director / Associate / Architect in delivering highquality outcomes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting feasibility and design phases of projects
- Conducting and analyzing site data
- Preparing design documentation from concept to detailed development
- Coordinating with consultants on design technical and regulatory matters
- Assisting in building tender processes and contract administration
- Preparing regulatory approvals and procurement documentation
- Attending site and consultant meetings
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
- Producing digital models using Revit and leveraging computational tools in predesign and design phases
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Studies BArch BA (AS) or BSc in Architecture
- Proficient in design and 3D modelling tools: Revit Rhino/Grasshopper SketchUp Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong understanding of planning and building codes
- Organised detailoriented and analytical
- Selfdriven with effective time management skills
- A team player with an open and collaborative mindset
- Familiar with BIM workflows and digital platforms
