You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Admissions Counselor is a vital member of the GUs Admissions department providing counsel and advice to prospective students and their families while guiding them through the enrollment process. As the Admissions Counselor this position is the first impression for many potential students. The Counselor must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and relate well to prospective and continuing students as well as administration faculty and staff.
Additionally the Admissions Counselor will conduct various public presentations representing the University at college day/night programs at high schools colleges and college fairs. These outreach efforts focus on increasing enrollment by attracting academically strong students from diverse backgrounds who value character and service. Due to the professional duties of this position evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Hourly Wage: $19.00$22.00. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including ones qualifications and performance equity with others in the department market rates for positions and department budget.
