You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an excitingopportunity for a parttimeProject Controls Managersupporting all aspects of project controls functions including cost schedule document and risk management functions on large scale complex infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of all phases of from planning/ programming design procurement construction and closeout
Ability to develop update and maintain daily weekly and monthly reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide status updates to clients and Sr. Management.
Working knowledge of all elements of cost management including funds management budget control change management forecasting and reporting
Working knowledge of scheduling best practices with the ability to manage and report the status of contractor schedules.
Working knowledge of risk management and document control practices
Demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff of various disciplines to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience within Project Controls and demonstrate proficiency in multiple project controls disciplines.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field from an accredited College or University.
Preferred accreditations from AACE or CMAA
Experience with Project Management Information Systems experience working in Procore is preferred.
Experience with data analytics and BIM software is preferred.
Handson experience and working knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling are required.
Excellent communication analytical and management skills
Preferred experience with large infrastructure programs
