We are looking for a technical lead to join and lead one of our multidisciplinary
agile core development teams the identity team. This team is the gateway to
end user access to the platform and require supporting a wide range of access
and authorisation for our end users in a highly scalable service with predictable
low latency response time.
Responsibilities as an individual contributor as part of the team include building
maintaining operating and optimising our platform composed of Java services
and RESTful APIs running on AWS infrastructure responsible for identity
management and authorisation of the end user.
Responsibilities as a technical lead include planning working closely with the
architects to design solutions working with the product owner on schedule and
deliverables as well as working with the other leads to improve teams way of
working. Another important aspect is managing individual contributor of the
team with setting goals mentoring and developing their skills.

Relational databases (MySQL)
Software design/design patterns
Testing (Unit Integration)
RESTful API (JAXRS Dropwizard/Spring Boot or similar)
Experience leading an agile development team
