The Strategy & Insights team delivers topnotch decision support information to the University community. We achieve this by accessing collating and analysing data from both our internal systems and external sources. Additionally our team ensures the University meets various external regulatory reporting requirements maintaining institutional compliance.
Your New Role!
As the Reporting Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective collection and reporting of student applicant and staff data. This position enhances the quality of statutory data reporting by adhering to best practices. You will support the Statistics and Reporting Analyst in submitting revising and verifying statutory government information through the Tertiary Collection of Student Information (TCSI) portal. Additionally the role involves assisting the Statistics and Reporting Analyst and the Head of Strategy & Insights with analytical and research activities related to the implementation and enhancement of TCSI and internal management reporting processes.

This Fixed Term 12 Months) Full Time 37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $77K $86K (pro rata) plus 17 employer superannuation contributions.

Selection Criteria include:
A tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
Undertake statistical analysis and report on findings.
Experience in business process reengineering / redesign and implementation.
Advanced knowledge skills and experience in the use of spreadsheets and relational databases.
Organisational and time management skills with high level of attention to detail.
