Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESshall include but not be limited to the following:

  • Set and maintain standards and expectations as the mentor for students
  • Encourage students to set and maintain acceptable standards of behavior
  • Assist the administration in implementing all laws policies and rules govening student behavior and conduct
  • Know follow and enforce the policies and administrative regulations of the District
  • Enforce safety precautions and guidelines to protect students equipment materials and facilities
  • Maintain accurate complete and correct records as required by laws District policy and administrative regulations
  • Assist with attendance and discipline issues as needed
  • Ensure parking lot gates are secured at designated times
  • Supervise parking lot area for appropriate vehicle parking and security of vehicles in all lots
  • Ensure students are monitored at all times leaving parking lot during school hours
  • Conduct hall and locker area sweeps during instruction time to report students not in assigned class designation
  • Communicate and report daily to administration any inappropriate student behavior
  • Make recommendations to the adminstration regarding campus security
  • Maintain and update as necessary a security manual
  • Perform additional duties efficiently and willingly as assigned

  • DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS
  • FREE CPR/FIRST AID/CPI
