Job Description
The Service Technician role is essential for performing repair calibration conversion field service training and demonstration activities at both ITH and customer/field locations. This position requires travel as scheduled for work at offsite locations and also encompasses general tasks associated with toolbox fabrication and inventory management providing backup support to other roles as needed.

Responsibilities
- Repair and service ITH tools in both shop and field settings
- Travel (up to 40 of the time) to customer sites for field service work and training
- Enter repair information into the computer and track parts usage
- Modify and prepare toolboxes for ITH tool kits
- Pack and unpack ITH booth and tools for trade shows
- Maintain inventory records and assist with physical inventory counting
- Interact with customers to provide service and support
- Perform product conversions according to production orders as required
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to rent cars while traveling

- High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a service technician role or similar field preferred
- Experience with tools and repair work is advantageous
