Title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software Engineer
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software Engineer with over a decade of experience in software development and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable automation solutions throughout their lifecycle. They should have a proven track record of collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify develop and deploy RPA workflows using Blue Prism and integrating these workflows with modern enterprise systems. The candidate should be adept at creating robust automation frameworks maintaining highperformance bots and supporting enterprisegrade data operations. Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL REST APIs and programming languages such as C# Java and Python is essential. Additionally the candidate should excel in process discovery documentation and optimization delivering measurable business improvements through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
- Lead the entire development process of RPA workflows including design coding testing deployment and production support.
- Develop and maintain scalable RPA solutions that ensure system reliability performance and security.
- Troubleshoot RPA scripts and enhance their performance through configuration and programming updates.
- Support Azurebased infrastructure and provide QA/troubleshooting for deployed bots.
- Continuously improve RPA architecture and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Document and monitor automation processes to ensure ongoing compliance with standards.
Preferred Skills:
- More than 4 years of experience in developing RPA solutions with Blue Prism.
- Expertise in designing and scripting SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience in integrating RPA with RESTful web services.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as C# Java or Python.
- Familiarity with HTML JavaScript DOM and HTTP protocols.
- Experience in JDBC API development.
- Handson experience with Microsoft Azure for deployment and troubleshooting.
- Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
