Position Overview:
As the Concrete Operations Manager you will lead grow and optimize our concrete operations. You will oversee daily operations ensure projects are completed on time within budget and according to industry standards and drive the divisions revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit mentor and inspire a highperforming concrete operations team promoting a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of concrete installation projects ensuring timely completion quality craftsmanship and adherence to budget.
- Estimating & Proposals: Analyze project plans create accurate estimates and develop client proposals.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce compliance with all safety protocols building codes and industry regulations.
- Financial Management: Grow the business unit while managing budgets forecasting revenue and controlling costs.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers field supervisors and subcontractors to align operational goals with broader company objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to drive efficiency scalability and superior project .
- HandsOn Support: Embrace a handson leadership approachsupport field operations when needed troubleshoot project challenges and lead by example.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing concrete operations preferably in the multifamily new construction industry
- Strong leadership teambuilding and communication skills
- Deep understanding of concrete construction methods safety standards and industry regulations
- Financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and business growth management
- Ability to excel in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability only if needed
