Job Description

We are seeking a Multifamily Drywall Operations Manager to oversee individual projects and field supervisors within our multifamily division ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership effective communication and a high attention to detail to manage crews and projects at every stage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with general contractors and field teams to maintain project schedules standards and address issues promptly
  • Collaborate with customers sales teams and staff to ensure timely project completion
  • Review project plans identify potential RFIs and proactively manage risks
  • Manage projects from initiation to customer delivery
  • Achieve revenue and profit goals in line with established budgets
  • Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and project documentation
  • Administer and monitor safety programs conduct audits and ensure compliance
  • Assign personnel order materials and equipment and secure required customer approvals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of subcontractors to meet labor demands
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for ontime material deliveries
  • Support field staff development through training goal setting and performance evaluations
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Provide weekly reports on job status revenue profit and warranties to the Division President
  • Monitor warehouse and tool inventories; approve tool purchases as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and support additional office and jobsite duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required
  • 3 years of residential/multifamily drywall service experience
  • Strong knowledge of drywall systems and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time constraints
  • Selfmotivated with strong time management abilities
  • Customerfocused with effective interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Adaptable to changing responsibilities and circumstances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Location Requirements:

  • Must be able to commute to Alpharetta GA 30004 (Required)
  • Must be willing to relocate to Alpharetta GA 30004 prior to starting (Required)
