Job Overview

As the Head of Human Resources you will be instrumental in shaping and nurturing our growing team of talented professionals. Your expertise will foster a culture that aligns with our core values while driving organizational growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Global HR Strategy Development: Design develop and implement HR strategies that align with diverse international laws and cultural contexts while supporting business objectives and our core values.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with international business leaders to understand HR needs and support operational solutions ensuring consistency in systems processes and accountability.

  • HR Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor providing daily guidance and support to management and staff across various global locations on all HR matters.

  • DataDriven HR Analysis: Conduct surveys analyze results track KPIs and propose action plans to improve performance and drive organizational objectives.

  • Employee Relations Management: Strengthen and maintain our company culture ensuring fair and consistent application of policies resolving employee relations issues in a diverse multicultural environment.

  • Workforce Planning and Succession: Monitor and enhance global workforce planning and succession strategies.

  • Talent Training and Development Management: Identify talent needs and create strategies for recruitment retention and success planning.

  • Performance Development: Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development plans. Lead mentorship and coaching programs to drive career development across international teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
