Job Description
As General Manager you will be the ambassador of both the brand and the property. With your visionary leadership strategic mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills you will inspire a passionate team elevate guest satisfaction and deliver outstanding operational results. Leveraging your strong commercial acumen and business drive you will position the property prominently in the (luxury/premium/midscale/economy) segment and exceed topline performance targets.

Your responsibilities:
Leading the Business
- Direct the overall management and strategic direction of the property ensuring all departments align with key objectives
- Optimize financial performance drive profitability and manage budgets with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with operational policies legal regulations and brand standards
Building Your Team
- Play an active role in recruitment hiring individuals who align with the propertys values and vision
- Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive collaborative and highperforming work culture
- Cultivate strong relationships with local partners and the surrounding community
Driving Service Culture
- Uphold and elevate product and service quality to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Embody the brands values and ensure full implementation of brand standards throughout the property
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role within a comparable hotel brand or business segment
- A genuine passion for developing talent and nurturing future leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic lasting relationships
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and excellent communication abilities
- Inspiring leadership style with a track record of motivating highperforming teams
- Solid business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive commercial success and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
