Job Description
A dedicated focus towards guest experience ensuring our hotel facilities always meet the standards promised.
A competent handson person who will ensure fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and assures any defects are corrected promptly.
Someone who will always carry out emergency repairs affecting guest bedrooms and services with an immediate effect.
Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on mechanical electrical plumbing and safety systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from all departments.
Perform minor repairs painting carpentry and general upkeep tasks as needed.
Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are used safely and stored appropriately.
Support health and safety compliance reporting hazards or risks immediately.
Work effectively with contractors or external service providers when required.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and report issues to management.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a maintenance role ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing carpentry and general building systems.
Good understanding of health and safety practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly to urgent repairs.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
Good communication skills and a teamplayer attitude.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and using maintenance tools and equipment.
Flexible and reliable with the ability to work shifts weekends and oncall as needed.
