- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the breakfast service ensuring highquality food and beverage offerings adhering to Novotels standards.
- Monitor and maintain breakfast service efficiency addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update breakfast menus.
Gather & Trade: Visit us on insta @gathertrade
- Oversee the daytoday operations of our caf Gather & Trade.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the cafes profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure a welcoming and customerfriendly environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Conference & Events:
- Manage the operational planning and of conferences meetings and events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen service staff and event organizers.
- Uphold high standards of service during events exceeding guest expectations.
You will also be responsible for:
- Recruit train and develop a highperforming team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Monitor sales and financial performance regularly taking corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent service excellence.
- Handle guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
- Foster a culture of guestcentric service among the team.
Qualifications :
You will need:
- Full Australian Working Rights this is a permanent fulltime position.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for food and hospitality.
- Familiarity with pointofsale systems and other relevant technologies.
