We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to join our team in Perth. As the first point of contact for our organization you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients visitors and staff.
Based in the CBD you will be part of a small Facilities team you will manage a range of duties including but not limited to:
- Greet and direct visitors clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls emails and other communications
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry filing and document preparation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general support to various departments as required
- 12 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
Requirements:
- AustralianCitizenshiporfull Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a preemployment medical reference and police check
