Maintenance Lead
This is a contract opportunity.
This is an onsite position located in the Bay Area
Were looking for a Maintenance Lead to support the upkeep and operations of our residential communities. Manage daily maintenance operations and ensure units and common areas are safe and clean
Train and supervise maintenance staff; support performance reviews and improvement plans
Conduct inspections unit turnover and routine preventative maintenance
Coordinate vendor work negotiate contracts and manage inventory/supplies
Respond to oncall emergencies and complete required documentation
5 years of handson maintenance experience (carpentry plumbing painting electrical etc.
3 years of supervisory experience managing teams and overseeing apartment turnover
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with affordable housing regulatory inspections (REAC TCAC MOR)
Must have a valid California Driver License reliable transportation and auto insurance
Fulltime onsite role with evening and weekend emergency call rotation
Physical role: ability to lift 50 lbs climb kneel crawl and work outdoors
Tools and safety gear provided
Training and upskilling opportunities available
$25 $31/hr
