- Perform baking tests on flour samples to check quality.
- Help with testing for competitor products customer complaints and research.
- Report any quality issues to your supervisor.
- Keep records of test results and activities.
- Assist with product demos training and sales support.
- Ensure the Customer Service Department (CSD) facilities and equipment are in good condition and report any problems.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Keep company recipes and quality data confidential.
Qualifications :
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply!
- Passionate about baking and eager to learn about flour quality and applications.
- This position is based in Pasir Gudang Johor.
