Health Coach

We are seeking a passionate experienced Holistic Health Coach to join our elite wellness team. This individual will work closely with our management team and spa practitioners to support members in achieving their health goals through personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions behavior change coaching and ongoing wellness planning. Youll serve as both a motivator and a guide helping our members sustain the lifestyle changes that optimize longterm health and vitality.

• Provide oneonone coaching to support lifestyle changes in areas such as nutrition movement sleep stress resilience detoxification and more.
• Serve as an accountability partner helping members and guests set realistic goals and track progress.
• Facilitate wellness workshops events and educational sessions for members and guests.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records using The Retreats preferred platform or process.
• Stay current on nutritional science and integrative wellness practices.
• Contribute to a supportive upscale atmosphere that reflects our spas brand values of excellence empathy and elegance.

Qualifications :

• Certification from a recognized health coaching program (e.g. IIN) or a similar program.
• Strong knowledge of the most uptodate nutrition science and integrative health (functional medicine principles a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in health coaching ideally in a clinical or wellness spa setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Professional polished presentation and communication style.
• Experience working with highend or concierge clientele preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
