Job Description
- Work in the Client Technology tribe that aims to simplify complexity for our clients and continuously improve their experience in any interaction with us. Build features that help our clients in their life journey with Scalable as well as building and improving our client mailbox platform
- Build up empower and manage a team of engineers helping them shape their individual careers and grow a performant agile selforganizing team
- Provide technical expertise and share best practices with your team
- Build & integrate new features by working with our Product and Design Teams
- Define OKRs with your team which they can deliver on
- Organize prioritize and achieve business goals with your team and Product
- Be part of the recruitment process to attract your potential new colleagues or team members
Qualifications :
- A university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science engineering sciences ... or a comparable qualification
- Profound experience as a developer (Java Kotlin Typescript) working in the cloud (preferably AWS)
- Passion for other peoples development previous experience in people management roles is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking both in the technical and in the product domain
- Experience in complex software projects with endtoend ownership building Microservices
- Profound understanding of RESTful API Design
- Passion for well architected testable and documented code and an agile mindset
- Excellent communication skills that are clear concise and targeted towards your audience engineering product marketing or other stakeholders
- Background in financial services is a strong plus
