Job Description
- Conduct daytoday operational risk and incident management including: ensuring risk and incident reporting quality review and challenging monitoring implementation of mitigating actions reconciliation of incidents
- Conduct control testing including: identifying control gaps and assisting 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
- Monitoring of Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
- Support: Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process defining and monitoring stress test and scenario analysis process performing punctual processes reviews and investigation
- Act as contact person for 1st Line of Defense and supporting them in assessing risks and in defining corrective actions
Qualifications :
- You successfully completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration finance economics or equivalent
- You gained first experiences at a bank asset manager or financial services company in (Operational) Risk Management Audit or Compliance
- You are able to work in a timesensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities
- You have a strong ability for riskoriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
- You have concise verbal and written communication skills in German (minimum C1 and English
