Prepare misenplace for all hotel menus including breakfast lunch dinner kiddies and room service. Assist Chef De Partie with basic food preparation tasks.
Manage ingredient storage including offloading cleaning and practising FIFO in fridges freezers and dry store.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all working areas including assisting in the scullery when needed.
Demonstrate artistic food presentation skills and proficiency in various knife techniques.
Adhere to food safety and protection standards including proper food handling storage and personal hygiene practices.
