Signal Tru Brand is currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Account Representative to join our client service team. The ideal candidate will support senior account managers help coordinate projects and act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments. Responsibilities
Assist in the daytoday management of client accounts
Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
Help prepare project briefs reports and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Track project progress and resolve any client concerns
Conduct market and competitor research as needed
Maintain organized records of client communications and project documentation
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
