Job Description
Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $17/hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Some Saturdays Required)
Job Type: TemptoHire
Location: Sapulpa OK
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations at a manufacturing facility in Sapulpa. This is a safetysensitive position requiring operation around overhead cranes forklifts power equipment and other heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload materials and merchandise from trucks
Pack materials securely prior to shipment
Locate raw materials and finished goods for distribution or storage
Follow verbal and written instructions to fulfill material movement orders
Operate forklifts industrial trucks and electric hoists for handling and transport
Meet established productivity levels as defined by company work instructions
Maintain a high standard of workmanship that meets company quality requirements
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to contribute to a teamoriented environment
Must successfully complete a forklift training class
Basic fabrication shop experience preferred
Ability to read and write shop communications
Proficiency in using a tape measure
