Job Description
Job Title: Lawn Care Specialist
Pay: $13$14/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Summer Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team in Claremore. This role involves a variety of landscaping responsibilities including overseeing lawn and garden maintenance managing landscape construction projects and ensuring the proper use of equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Delegate tasks and oversee the use of landscaping tools and equipment
Recruit train and supervise new crew members
Complete landscape design and construction projects
Maintain lawns and gardens applying pesticides fertilizers and chemicals as needed
Perform regular inventory checks and inspect equipment for proper functionality
Requirements
Must be able to operate landscaping equipment
Must be able to pass a drug screen
