We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Quality Director to lead the quality assurance function across multiple international manufacturing sites. This is a confidential highimpact leadership role for a seasoned quality executive with a track record of excellence in electronics manufacturing regulatory compliance and quality systems development.
Responsibilities:
- Define develop and execute global quality strategies and frameworks that align with corporate objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight for the quality assurance teams and systems across facilities.
- Champion compliance with international standards (e.g. ISO IPC IATF) and customerspecific quality requirements through structured audits and robust systems.
- Manage and enhance the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring ongoing effectiveness and readiness for internal/external audits.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration to resolve systemic issues drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee supplier quality performance working closely with procurement and engineering to ensure material and component integrity.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer quality issues driving timely resolution and building trust through transparent communication and continuous improvement.
- Use data analytics to monitor quality KPIs and trends generating actionable insights for operational and product excellence.
- Embed a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement using proven quality tools and lean manufacturing principles.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes integrating new approaches where applicable.
Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering Quality Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in quality leadership roles.
- Proven track record in multisite quality oversight including operations in Asia.
- Indepth knowledge of quality systems auditing standards and compliance frameworks.
- Strong command of QC tools SPC Six Sigma and lean methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Highly analytical and structured with a focus on problemsolving and strategic .
- Quality certifications (e.g. CQE CQA Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
